Terms of Use
1. Who may use the portal
This portal is run by RDahunan I.T. Services for its Remote Internship Program. Anyone may read the public pages and apply. Accounts are for accepted interns, their school OJT coordinators and the program admin only.
2. Accounts are by invitation
There is no public sign-up. You get an account only through an invite e-mailed to you. Your account is personal: do not share it or let anyone else use it.
3. Keep your account secure
Use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else. Coordinator and admin accounts must use two-factor authentication; interns are asked to turn it on too. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Use the portal honestly
Record only the time you actually worked, and only inside your fixed block. Do not try to get around the time rules, open pages you were not given access to, upload harmful files, or send spam through any form.
5. Your work and confidential information
Work you make during the internship, and the business information you see, are handled under the Confidentiality and Data Privacy Agreement you accept at onboarding. You keep the right to be credited and to show your own work in a personal portfolio, except confidential client material.
6. No promise of placement or paid work
Applying does not guarantee a slot. The internship is non-paid and for academic credit. Interns who do well get first consideration for paid freelance work when a project fits, but this is not a promise of work.
7. Suspending access
We may suspend or end access to the portal if the posting rules, the confidentiality agreement or these terms are broken. For interns, we tell the school first or at the same time.
8. Personal data
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes to the rules interns accept are shown in the portal, and interns are asked to accept them again.
10. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Philippines. Any case is filed in the proper courts of Lapu-Lapu City.
