Privacy Notice
This notice explains how RDahunan I.T. Services handles your personal data in the internship portal, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, e-mail and mobile number
- Your school, course, year level and required OJT hours
- Your schedule, time in and time out, breaks and daily check-in notes
- Links to the work you submit, feedback and evaluations
- Your school endorsement letter and the memorandum of agreement
- Sign-in records (date, time and IP address) for security
What we do not collect
Your birthdate, home address, government IDs, photos of you, or bank and GCash details.
Why we use it
Only to run your internship: confirm your enrollment with your school, track your hours, give feedback, evaluate you, issue your certificate and report to your school.
Who can see it
- Your supervisor (the program admin)
- Your school OJT coordinator: your profile, hours, daily check-in notes, weekly logs, work links, evaluations and documents
Nobody else. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Where it is kept
On our own server, in a database used only by this portal, with off-site backups.
How long we keep it
For 3 years after your internship ends, then we delete it. We keep only your certificate record (name, school, period, hours and code) so the certificate can still be verified. Applications that do not become an internship are deleted 6 months after the term applied for.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. You can download your data from the My data page.
